The short, honest version of the rules for using Kinetic Reports. By buying a report or subscribing to all-access, you agree to the terms below.

You're buying instant access to a digital report (web + PDF), not a physical product. Access starts the moment payment clears. Use reports for your own work; don't resell or redistribute them. Full terms below.
Digital products & instant access
Every report is a digital product: a web page with an interactive model, plus a downloadable PDF. There is no physical shipment and nothing to install. Access to a purchased report, or to all-access, is granted automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment processor.
An account isn't required to read the free report. A paid report or an all-access subscription is tied to the email address used at checkout, for personal or internal team use.
Refunds & the right of withdrawal
We offer a voluntary 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any premium report or all-access purchase — email us and we'll refund it.
Separately, under EU consumer law, digital content delivered on a non-physical medium is normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because access to your report is granted instantly at your request, by completing a purchase you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)) — our voluntary refund above applies instead.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and cite our reports, including for internal business use, with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our reports or the models inside them.
Intellectual property
All reports, text, charts, models, code and design on this site are owned by Kinetic Reports or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a report gives you a licence to use it as described above — not ownership of the content.
Limitation of liability
Reports are provided for general information and decision-support; they are not financial, legal or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Reports is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This section is a placeholder pending legal review and will be finalised before launch.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll note a new "last updated" date above and, where required, notify active all-access subscribers by email.
